Here at All-Options, we know that pregnant people face a lack of options and difficulty finding support and resources. Instead of getting the compassionate and comprehensive services they want and deserve, many pregnant people encounter barriers to care, widespread misinformation, and increased stigma.
We know that offering radical compassion, deep listening, accurate information, and judgment-free support is more important than ever. The All-Options Talkline is here to support people in all of their reproductive experiences, including pregnancy, parenting, abortion, adoption, miscarriage, infertility, and more. Our dedicated Talkline Advocates provide open-hearted, judgment-free counseling and support to callers from across the United States and Canada, every day of the year.
If you are interested in joining our community of Talkline Advocates from across the U.S. and Canada who are working to provide radically compassionate care, apply to be part of our Fall 2025 training cohort today!
Training: Our online Talkline Advocate training delves into All-Options’ unique approach to supporting people in ALL of their pregnancy and parenting experiences. The 6-week training includes virtual classes, as well as weekly practice sessions (40-80 mins) and self-study between classes.

All-Options strives to build a volunteer team that reflects the diversity of our callers and communities. We are giving priority to potential volunteers who are people of color, trans and gender expansive, bilingual English/Spanish language speakers, people with disabilities, people with pregnancy, parenting, abortion, and adoption experiences, and people who have called the Talkline for support. We are especially interested in volunteers who can work during our busiest shifts, which are Monday-Thursday from 1pm-5pm ET and 5pm-9pm ET, and Saturday-Sunday 2pm-6pm ET.
Please complete the application form, and someone from All-Options will get in touch with you if you are selected for an interview. While we are looking for volunteers who speak Spanish fluently, all training sessions and materials are in English.
Applications will close on Sunday, September 14th at 11:59 PM PT. Interviews will occur on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply early!
